Scan to leave us a Google review
Hold your phone up so a customer can scan it.
FastEstimateMaker texts or emails your review link a couple of hours after each invoice is paid in full. Texts only go to customers who agreed to them when they accepted your estimate, and never at night. Start a free trial and the link is waiting on your Home screen - one tap saves it.

See how review requests workA Google review link opens your review form directly, stars and text box ready. Without it, a customer has to search for your business, find the right listing, scroll to the reviews, and find the button. Most people give up somewhere along the way, and nobody is lazy about it; it is just four steps too many on a phone.
With the link, asking takes one message: "Would you leave us an honest review on Google?" and a tap. That is the whole trick behind businesses that seem to collect reviews without trying. They made it one tap, and they ask every customer.
The same link as a QR code works anywhere a customer is standing next to you or holding something of yours. The downloads above give you four ready-made versions:
Everything prints in black and white on plain paper or standard label sheets. No color ink required.
Many QR generators give you a "dynamic" code: the code points at their server, and their server forwards the customer to Google. It lets them count scans, and it means the code stops working if you stop paying them. That is a bad deal for something you printed 500 of.
The code from this page is static. It contains your Google review link itself, so a phone goes straight to Google with nothing in between. It keeps working whether you use FastEstimateMaker or not. The only thing that changes it is Google: if your listing is merged, moved, or removed, make a new one.
If you would rather copy it from Google yourself:
https://g.page/r/.../review.Google only offers its own QR code from a computer browser, not the phone app. The generator above works from a phone.
Google's review policy does not allow asking only the customers you expect to be happy, steering unhappy customers away from reviewing, or offering anything in return for a review: no discount, no gift card, no entry in a drawing. Break it and Google can remove the reviews or restrict your profile.
The rule is easy to follow if you build it into the job: the same ask, to every customer, at the same point. Use neutral words like "Would you leave us an honest review?" and never "If you loved our work..." A few honest four-star reviews look more real to a homeowner than a wall of perfect fives anyway.
For the full playbook, read how to get more Google reviews.
Two ways. If you see the business search above, type your business name and city and pick your listing; the page builds the link from your Google Place ID. Or get it from Google: sign in to the account that manages your Business Profile, search your business name, and select Ask for reviews (some profiles show it under Read reviews, then Get more reviews). Copy the link it shows you and paste it above.
Yes. The link, the QR code, the printable sign, the review cards, and the stickers are all free, with no account and no email address.
No. The code contains your Google review link itself, not a redirect through our servers, so it keeps working whether or not you use FastEstimateMaker. Make a new one only if Google merges, moves, or removes your listing.
The business search only finds businesses with a Google Business Profile, so use the exact name on your profile plus your city or ZIP code. If your business still does not show up, or you do not see a search box, paste your Place ID or your review link instead. The steps under How to get your Google review link from Google show where to copy it.
No. Google's review policy does not allow asking only customers you expect to leave good reviews, steering unhappy customers away, or offering a discount or gift for a review. Ask every customer the same way.
No. If you use the business search, it passes through our server to Google to find your listing, and we do not save it. The QR code and printables are made in your browser, and a logo you add never leaves your device.
Yes. FastEstimateMaker sends your review link a couple of hours after an invoice is paid in full, by text to customers who agreed to texts when they accepted your estimate, or by email. It never texts at night and never asks the same customer twice in 90 days.

The link only works if you send it, and the best moment is the day the customer pays you. FastEstimateMaker sends your review link for you: a couple of hours after an invoice is paid in full, by text to customers who agreed to texts when they accepted your estimate, or by email. Never at night, never twice in 90 days to the same customer.
